Meet Stephanie
With over a decade of experience, Steph Schmitz has guided buyers and sellers through competitive markets, new construction purchases, acreage properties, investment purchases and everything in between. She’s known for her strong communication, local knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done right. Stephanie has been helping clients buy and sell homes in the all around Minnesota. Her career in Real Estate began with a passion for home staging and design.
Outside of her career, Stephanie and her family live on a hobby farm and enjoy country life. She has a passion for horses and the great outdoors. In the summer, you can find her riding the trails and enjoying the lake with her family.
